FUNDING METHODS

Internal transfers between accounts of different currencies will incur a 1% conversion fee, while transfers in the same currency are free.
Internal transfers are only allowed between your personal accounts accessible through your client portal, and are completed on the same day.

To ensure financial security and compliance, deposits must be initiated only from your personal accounts. Payments from third parties will not be processed.
Minimum Deposit Requirements:
• Pro Account: $100
• Standard Account: $50
• VIP Account: $10,000

Please note that for Investment Accounts, the deposit amount will depend on the selected strategy. Ensure to review the specific conditions associated with your chosen investment strategy.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to clients’ personal accounts in order to ensure financial security and prevent money laundering.
• Clients are limited to one withdrawal per day to optimize operational efficiency and minimize associated fees from payment providers.
• If you’ve funded your account using different payment methods or multiple wallets within the same payment system, please note that withdrawals must be distributed proportionally, based on the amounts deposited from each source.
• Changing your account password disables the withdrawal option for 24 hours. This is a precautionary measure to enhance the security of your account. If you haven’t made this change, please contact support immediately.
• Withdrawals processed within 48h after deposit, will be debited by the full amount of deposit charges incurred by ProyoFX.
• Withdrawals processed by clients that haven’t traded since the deposit, will be debited by the full amount of deposit charges incurred by ProyoFX.

• The processing timeframe will depend on the chosen payment method. For precise processing times, kindly refer to the deposit and withdrawal options outlined above.
• If a deposit or withdrawal is not processed immediately, it will be completed within 24 business hours.
• The company shall not be liable for delays in processing deposits and withdrawals if such delays are caused by the payment providers.
• The company retains the right to change the processing time for deposits and withdrawals without notifying clients in advance.

• Availability of the listed payment methods depends on your country of residence.
• VIP account holders won't incur any charges for deposits and withdrawals.
